How RIVTER handles website inquiries, live chat, hosted services and customer information.

The website or service providers may collect browser, device, page activity, approximate location, referral and cookie information required for functionality, security or analytics.

3. Live chat

This website uses Tawk.to. Information submitted through the chat widget may be processed by Tawk.to under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or confidential medical records through public live chat.

4. How information is used

  • Respond to product, pricing and project inquiries.
  • Prepare proposals, implementation scope and support responses.
  • Deliver, maintain and improve active RIVTER services.
  • Protect users, systems and service integrity.
  • Meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations where applicable.

5. Hosted software and customer data

Data processing for an active hosted product may also be governed by the relevant service agreement. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to collect and use data entered into their software.

6. Healthcare information

HospitalFlow, DiagnosticFlow and PharmaStack customers must apply appropriate access controls and comply with applicable healthcare, privacy and record-keeping requirements. Live patient information should not be supplied before a suitable agreement and implementation process is in place.

7. Service providers

RIVTER may use infrastructure, hosting, email, chat, payment, analytics or integration providers where necessary to deliver a service.

8. Security

RIVTER uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service. Customers should also use strong passwords, controlled access and responsible user practices.

9. Retention

Information may be retained as needed to respond to a request, provide a service, maintain records, resolve disputes or meet obligations.

10. Your requests

You may contact RIVTER regarding information associated with your inquiry or account. Identity or authority verification may be required.
