Terms and Conditions

General terms for the RIVTER website, hosted products, implementation services and support.

Effective date: July 2026. Product proposals and service agreements may contain additional terms.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the RIVTER website and general inquiries. Paid products, custom projects and implementations may also be governed by a proposal, order confirmation, invoice or service agreement.

2. Product information and quotations

Website descriptions and prices explain standard products and packages. Final scope, availability, currency, taxes, migration, integrations and support are confirmed during the sales process.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Hosted packages are payable according to the selected billing cycle and invoice. Service may be limited or suspended when payment is overdue, subject to the applicable agreement.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project, billing and contact information.
  • Use the service lawfully and for authorized purposes.
  • Protect passwords, accounts and access devices.
  • Ensure data is collected and used with proper authority.
  • Review AI-assisted output before using it for decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use RIVTER services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attack systems, bypass access controls or misuse personal data.

6. AI facilities

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. AI is assistive and must be reviewed by an authorized person. Token allowances and model availability depend on package and infrastructure.

7. Healthcare systems

HospitalFlow, DiagnosticFlow and PharmaStack support administrative and authorized healthcare workflows. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice.

8. Third-party services

Gateways, messaging, hosting, live chat, AI APIs and other integrations may have separate terms, fees and availability.

9. Custom development

Custom software and AI projects require a written scope. Changes outside the approved scope may affect price, delivery time and infrastructure.

10. Intellectual property

RIVTER retains rights in its brand, reusable components, product platforms and materials unless a written agreement states otherwise. Customers retain rights in lawful customer-owned data and materials.

11. Availability and support

RIVTER aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Backup, recovery, response times and support depend on the selected agreement.

12. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, RIVTER is not responsible for indirect loss, customer misuse, incorrect data, unreviewed AI output or third-party failure.

13. Suspension and termination

Service may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk, material breach or the end of the agreed service period.

14. Updates

These terms may be updated as services or requirements change. The latest version will be published here.
